I was in agony with a broken tooth on a Sunday afternoon. Scarry situation as being Sunday nothing will be open. But I have been lucky enough to find on Google this wonderful clinic to be open. Very clean, staff very nice and supportive fit me in within an hour. The doctor and the nurse were very friendly and receptionist as well. Extraction took place and as a very anxious patient I am pleased to say that I felt no pain and everything went smoothly. I will definitely come back and i do recommend this clinic. Thank you for all your help and support and for all what you are doing in specially for being there when everything is closed. Thank you x

The staff were incredibly accommodating and managed to squeeze me in on short notice. The dentist, was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my treatment options and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized, which helped put me at ease during a stressful situation. I'm extremely grateful for the exceptional care I received, and I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of emergency dental services.

First time visit emergency case -excellent service. I had a good professional service from reception where the staff was incredibly friendly straight through to dentist chair where the service received from Doctor Zain was absolutely exceptional in his work. Comfortable environment and excellent expertise . The entire process was explained to me in detail but, the most important thing was the high level of professionalism in doing the work. The treatment recommended after the intervention works great and, I do not experienced any pain even In cases such mine it used to happen. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dental professional or emergency any time even in the night time. Thank you guys!

I have a traumatic surgical history to include negative experiences with dentists (under NHS). This place has treated me twice recently, one occasion was new years eve none the less! I cannot recommend them enough, from the initial phone call to the actual procedures, the staff were absolutely lovely and empathic towards my anxieties and irrational fears. I have been able to change my life, reduce my pain and start to move forwards towards addressing my dental problems with their support and care. I felt like I was listened to and cared for as an individual, I wasn't just a number or a wage (or at least I didn't feel like I was!). Massive thanks and genuine gratitude to the receptionist, assistant and dentist! Glad to now be a patient of your service. Be cautious believing any of the negative reviews. People can recall distressing situation with altered perceptions, some people also perceive their life purpose to be a complainant! Complaining about the cost is absurd, the price is what it is and the service is very clear about their charges. One author says an Xray wasn't needed, but I am sure they would be the first to again, complain, had they have had treatment that didn't actually resolve their problem because there was more going on that isn't visible to the eye within their tooth, gum and/or jaw! A dentist is a highly trained medical professional, it is their decision re what is needed! Do your training and then you can call the shots and even fix your own teeth! As for location, it is what it is, you can't make the city centre any less "city centre"; the aesthetics of the building are surely of very minimal importance when you're looking for emergency dental care to rectify unbelievable pain!? The good reviews say it all and they way outnumber the negative.

FAQs
We are available for appointments 24 hours a day. While our standard operating times are between 7am and 11pm, we can still see you at anytime you like and are more than happy to book patients in 24 hours a day.
For appointments outside of our standard operating hours, we do charge a call out fee to be seen.
Please note:
The call out fee does include the cost for the consultation, X-rays and first line of treatment required to get you out of pain for one tooth. Treatments included can be complex extractions, composite fillings or even the first stage of a root canal to get you out of pain.
For any further information please don’t hesitate to call us on 07554220487.
We only really see dental emergencies, and we always send patients back to their own registered dentist. Most dentists would be upset if we were to register the patients we have seen out of hours.
If you don’t have a dentist and want to be seen the dentist will still be able to treat any further issues however we don’t operate as normal dental practices and request you are seen every 6 months. Any time you want to book an appointment to see one of the dentists you can do so any time. Call us on 07554 220 487 and we will book you in. The responsibility lies with you as when you want to be seen.
Try over the counter painkillers like paracetamol or ibuprofen. Only take the medications if you are normally ok taking them. Occasionally it will reduce the pain slightly until you can get to the dentist. This is only a temporary measure but sometimes it helps if you have no other alternative.
Hot salt water mouth washes are very useful if you have a swelling or some sort of infection. Salt water is a natural anti septic and can reduce pain.
Many people suffer with dental pain at night time. A lot of the time the pain makes it unbearable to sleep. A lot of pain at night time is due to the position of you lying down, blood rushing to the head and the pain or swelling inside the tooth increase.
Before getting to this level of pain we always advise a visit to the dentist so to avoid such dilemmas. The dentist will take x rays and check which tooth is causing the pain. So many times the pain spreads top and bottom unable to locate the pain. Thus the x ray is one of the best tests to elicit where the pain is coming from.
Unfortunately, toothache is not classed as an emergency or an accident and as it is not life-threatening, they will not be able to treat you.
If you have facial swelling that is affecting your ability to breathe then we advise you to go to A and E.
If you are registered with an NHS dentist you may be able to get a dentist appointment at your own dentist, however it may not be on the same day. Dental practices generally close at 5 pm so to get an NHS emergency dentist appointment may be difficult.
Out of hours NHS do provide emergency appointments but have very strict criteria such as persistent bleeding and unable to breathe or swallow due to swelling.
If this is the case your NHS dentist should have an alternate local number for you to call in the case of emergency.
Night and Day Emergency Dentist provides private treatment and promises to see you on the same day. You can contact one of the reception staff members on 07554 220 487 and get an appointment immediately.

We are an emergency dental service. So most of the time we see nervous patients. No one likes coming to the dentist. Once you speak to us on the phone we will reassure you and guarantee you won’t have to be nervous about anything. We work very relaxed and all of our patients (well most) really enjoy their time with us.
Yes we regularly see patients from abroad as they have no dentist here. We welcome all patients.
